Sailing on the Jordanelle Reservoir, in the Park City, Utah area is a great way to spend a morning or an afternoon with friends and family. We offer customized sailing adventures and private lessons on a 22-foot boat located at the Jordanelle State Park. The beautiful waters of the Jordanelle are surrounded by scenic mountains, thus offering a unique mountain town experience.

Our customized recreational sailing outing can include:

• Steering the boat

• Enjoying picnic lunch, dinner and/or spirits – BYO (Bring Your Own)

• Swimming off the boat

• Or just relaxing in the quietness of sailing

Park City locals and vacationers can arrange a small party on the boat to enjoy sunset cruises while sipping on spirits and snacking on cheese and crackers (BYO).

Private customize instructions

• Learn the fundamentals of safe and enjoyable sailing from one of our sailing instructors. The lessons are tailored to you or your family / friend’s goals.

• Looking to get certified so you can bareboat somewhere warm? We can get you ready for the certification class by teaching you all the necessary skills.

The boat

• Catalina 22, designed to sit about 3 to 4 adults comfortably with 2 to 3 children – maximum of 6 people

• A recreational sail – 2 to 3 hours will give you adequate time to enjoy a family outing and all the Jordanelle has to offer.

• Private sailing lessons ARE USUALLY 3 HOURS A SESSION

Cost & Fees

$60/hour (CASH ONLY PLEASE) includes the captain and 1- 6 people for a sail or lesson.

CASH at the time of the sail. Cancellations for personal reasons should be made 24 hours in advance. Weather related decisions to sail are made the morning of the outing by contacting your assigned captain.

$10 fee per vehicle for state park, collected at the entry gate to the park.
